Monday has rolled around again. How are you feeling?
What's your plan for this week?
I see Mondays as a fresh start. Time to make plans, execute them, and be a thoughtful advocate for our profession.
Planning out the year now will really help you visualize where you are and see the direction your working life can take. Always plop in your travel - vacations, conventions, buddy weekends - and any other important dates you need to NOT WORK.
It's easier to do it from early in January than to try to have to backtrack and backfill information. Happy 2025!

Happy job prep!
Do you choose a guiding word for your year?
I've been doing so for quite a while - here are my most recent and this year's word.
This year is a transformative one for me - I hit a milestone age and am planning on significant career changes.
If you do choose a word, it's really helpful to assess your actions, options through the lens of how that word is reflected.
May 2025 bring you happiness, health, joy, and success.
